New England Motor Racing Supply has a 30 day return policy. An Item/s are eligible for returns 30 days from date of delivery. All Exchanges will be handled as a return and new purchase.

In original packaging and unused with proof of purchase in same condition it was received.
You are responsible for all shipping cost. No refunds will be issued for shipping
Please do NOT send your returns back to a manufacturer.(Warranty Claims are to be handled by manufacturer only)
Some Item will be exempt from returns. These items will be noted as non-returnable item in the item description.
Refunds for these items will be issued 30 days after the item/s have be received and approved for refund, pending inspection. you will be notified by email when the Item is received, then when it is inspected with an approved or declined refund. If approved, refund process will start and and applied back to the credit card used is the original payment method. If you do not see your refund after 30 days from the date it is approved, please check with you credit card company, after 90 days from the date it is approved please contact NEMRS@NEMRS.com.
